  • Q: Complimentary & Privileged parking scheme

    Eligible cardmembers who are entitled to Complimentary parking scheme will get to enjoy first 3 hours complimentary parking per day at each participating CapitaMalls. For cardmembers who are entitled to Privileged parking scheme, you will enjoy first 3 hours complimentary parking per day per mall and can park at our reserved CapitaCard Privileged parking lots at participating malls. The Privileged parking lots are currently available at Bedok Mall, Clarke Quay, IMM, Junction 8, Lot One, Plaza Singapura, Tampines Mall, The Star Vista and Westgate.

  • Q: What is the difference between Complimentary Parking & Privileged Parking?

    Complimentary parking allows cardholders to enjoy first 3 hours free parking at participating CapitaMalls. For cardholders who are entitled to Privileged parking, other than enjoying first 3 hours complimentary parking, you can also park in our reserved Privileged Parking lots at participating CapitaMalls.

  • Q: How do I sign up for Complimentary and Privileged Parking?

  • Q: I have registered online but to date, I still have not received any notifications by DBS Bank?

  • Q: How to be eligible for this Complimentary & Privileged parking scheme?

    To be eligible for this parking scheme, cardholders need to charge a minimum of $1,200 (for Complimentary Parking) or $1,800 (for Privileged Parking) per month based on calendar month. Thereafter, you will need to charge a minimum of $1,200 (for Complimentary Parking) or $1,800 (for Privileged Parking) continuously every month to enjoy this parking benefit.

    Effective 1 Feb 2014, qualifying spend for Complimentary/Privilege Parking will also be revised to S$1,200/S$1,800 charged in each calendar month on the same DBS CapitaCard.

  • Q: How many hours of Complimentary Parking I am entitled to?

    For cardholders who are entitled to Complimentary/Privileged parking, you are entitled to maximum first 3 hours complimentary parking at each participating CapitaMalls per day.

  • Q: Can I combine the card spending from both Principal & Supplementary card for the minimum qualifying amount?

    We will only take into consideration the card spending on the registered CapitaCard. We will not combine the card spending from both Principal & Supplementary card.

  • Q: Can I combine the card spending from both my CapitaCard Visa & MasterCard card for the minimum qualifying amount?

    We will only take into consideration the card spending on the registered CapitaCard. We will not combine the card spending from both Visa & MasterCard card.

  • Q: Will I be informed if I’m entitled to Complimentary/Privileged Parking?

    If you are entitled to Complimentary/Privileged Parking, you will receive a SMS message to confirm your entitlement. The SMS message will be send out on/after 28th of the month before your entitlement begins.

  • Q: I had already charged a minimum of $1,200/$1,800 to my CapitaCard last month. Why I am still not entitled to Complimentary/Privileged parking?

    Please note that we assess your eligibility based on your card spending as per the transaction date based on calendar month. Eligibility will also be based on card spending with signature-based transactions which excludes Bill Payment, AXS/SAM machine transactions, online transactions, Installment Payment and NETs.

  • Q: I didn’t manage to charge $1,200 (for Complimentary Parking) or $1,800 (for Privileged Parking) for this month. Can you grant me an exception?

    Thank you for your continuous support for CapitaCard. Kindly contact DBS Bank at 1800 111 1111 to put up request to appeal for Complimentary/Privileged Parking.

  • Q: I have just changed my vehicle. How can I update my new vehicle details?

    For updating of car details, you can submit your request online through https://secure.dbs.com/forms/dbsform/_layouts/eform/DBSForm.aspx?id=DBSCCPR. All updates will be done within 5 working days.

  • Q: Will I be notified once it’s update?

    There will be no notifications once it’s updated. However, you will be informed via SMS when you are qualified for Complimentary/Privileged Parking benefits.

  • Q: I have sent my updated car details through your website but till date, it has not been updated. How long will it take to be updated?

    For updating of car details, it will take about 5 working days. If you have submitted the updated car details for more than 5 working days, kindly email your NAME, NRIC, OLD Vehicle Number and NEW Vehicle Number for checking. We will revert to you within 3 working days.

  • Q: I am entitled to the Complimentary/Privileged parking scheme but I was charged when I entered one of the participating CapitaMalls. Who can I check with on such issue?
